Massaad Fares co-founded Legacy Central S.A.L. and served as its CEO. The company established a real estate investment fund authorized by Banque du Liban, focused on the acquisition and repositioning of distressed real estate assets for the Lebanese diaspora. The fund operated until the structural market changes brought about by Lebanon's 2019 financial crisis.
Continues to provide real estate consulting and advisory services principally in Marbella and Lebanon, including the Faraya resort mandate, drawing on professional experience across the United States, Europe and the Middle East.
