Founded by Massaad Fares, a real estate professional with over four decades of international experience across the United States, Europe and the Middle East, the firm brings together expertise in development, investment advisory, asset management, marketing, sales, valuation and financial structuring.
Established in Beirut in 1996, Prime Consult advises private investors, family offices, developers, institutions and international organizations. Current consulting activity is principally focused on Lebanon and Marbella. Its experience spans residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, resort and large-scale land development projects.

Established in Beirut. From its first mandates, the firm grows a portfolio of projects across Lebanon — residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use and land development.
The firm's international development includes work in Marbella and Montpellier, building on its founder's professional experience across the United States, Europe and the Middle East.
Massaad Fares co-founded Legacy Central S.A.L. and served as its CEO. The company established a real estate investment fund authorized by Banque du Liban, focused on the acquisition and repositioning of distressed real estate assets for the Lebanese diaspora. The fund operated until the structural market changes brought about by Lebanon's 2019 financial crisis.
As Lebanon entered its economic crisis and traditional banking services largely disappeared, Prime Consult strengthened its presence in Europe — while maintaining its advisory activity in Lebanon.
European experience includes investment, renovation, repositioning and resale of luxury villas and residential assets in Marbella, Spain and Montpellier, France. Today, Marbella remains a principal area of consulting activity alongside Lebanon.
Prime Consult re-expands its Lebanese presence — mountain resorts, coastlines and urban projects — bringing international standards to Lebanon's next development cycle.
Major assignments including the management and development of a 250,000 m² mountain resort destination in Faraya mark a new phase of growth, advisory depth and institutional scale.
